We are proud to collaborate with a wide range of organizations that share our vision for inclusive development, environmental stewardship, and community empowerment. Our key partners include:

UNICEF

In partnership with UNICEF, SHARE conducted targeted Behavioral Change Communication (BCC) campaigns to raise awareness on critical issues such as health, handwashing, girls' education, breastfeeding, and HIV/AIDS. These efforts empowered individuals with knowledge, helping them make informed decisions and improve their health and livelihood outcomes.

GAIL (India) Limited

Our collaboration with GAIL focused on upgrading six ICU bed facilities at Sadar Hospital in Saraikela. This initiative significantly improved local healthcare infrastructure, ensuring critical care services for vulnerable populations, especially during medical emergencies.

JTELP (Jharkhand Tribal Empowerment and Livelihoods Project)

Through JTELP, in association with JTDS-IFAD, we have contributed to holistic rural development. Our focus areas include water management, forest conservation, land rehabilitation, and livelihood enhancement. These efforts aim to improve both ecological sustainability and community resilience, especially in tribal regions.

JTDP (Jharkhand Tribal Development Programme)

SHARE has worked closely with JTDP to empower tribal and marginalized communities through job creation and rural infrastructure development. Our work includes the construction of ponds, approach roads, irrigation canals, drinking water wells, and lifesaving irrigation systems. To date, we have constructed 185 watershed structures, directly benefiting village-level self-reliance.
