Executing the Central Government's Tribal Sub Plan via JTDS, SHARE brought targeted socio-economic development to 6 Potka villages. The program addressed rural poverty by combining essential physical infrastructure upgrades with direct distribution of income-generating assets.
We worked alongside local tribal committees to identify community needs, resulting in the construction of key village approach roads, water storage units, and community spaces. These physical developments connected isolated tribal hamlets to nearby market hubs and essential government facilities for the first time.
To ensure economic sustainability, the project distributed agricultural tools, livestock, and raw materials for cottage industries to local households. Beneficiaries received hands-on technical training, empowering them to generate steady household income and enhance their overall socio-economic resilience within the local economy.
